Weddings

The bush of Baanya Biami is the perfect setting for those wishing for a relaxed bush wedding: A ceremony at the base of a rock wall millions of years old, guests sitting out under the expanse of sky where wedge-tailed eagles soar, photos under huge old remnant trees, a celebratory meal in a relaxed seating arrangement, followed by much dancing and laughter on the dance floor in the function hall. Truly a location for those who love the bush and a relaxed atmosphere.

Car Parking

We believe at Baanya Biami that everything is about Connection. This includes leaving your cars at the top of the driveway when they are no longer needed so that guests may immerse themselves in the bush setting. A gentle walk down the hill through the bush or along the driveway will set the feeling for guests that they have arrived in nature.

Catering

You know your guests best, so bring your own caterer and the options are endless to choose from. A commercial kitchen is available for caterers to cook and then serve from, or food trucks are welcome for the more relaxed event.

Buses

Buses are very welcome at Baanya Biami.

Access to Baanya Biami is via the turn off onto Beremboke Road (sign posted Stoney Creek Road) just near the Barwon Water Reservoirs on the Geelong-Ballan Road. Follow the instructions as given on the Contacts page link to Directions, and please do not attempt driving McLeans Highway.

A three-point turn circle has been created for buses at the bottom of the driveway outside the Accommodation facilities where guests and luggage can be unloaded.

Tours

Whether you have Presenters, Musicians, Caterers, or Service Staff - we welcome people you are contracting to come for a visit to Baanya Biami prior to your event. This allows contractors to check the layout for how they will function on your day, as well as find their best road in. Feel free to make an appointment and we will make ourselves available to answer questions and assist with suggestions.
